Any item, ordered and paid in full, may be
returned for full-paid-price minus shipping charges. Returned items are

To return your product, send it back to us
in an appropriate shipping box including a copy of the Sales Receipt or the
Web Receipt Number. The reason for your return is not important, but please
tell us what you want us to do: refund, replace, or send another product.
Simply stated, we do not want you to keep a product you don't like, but we
need it to be in a condition where we can re-sell it. |

-Leather Holsters
Ross Custom Leather Holster orders take some time to deliver when the item
is not in our stock or factory stock. The delivery time varies from 4 weeks
to 16 weeks depending upon the time of year the order was placed.
Existing Delivery Time (September 2010) is 4 - 5 Weeks. | |
Credit Card Charge Info | |
Your Credit Card will be charged when the
product is shipped. When you first place your order your credit card
was pre-authorized for the amount of the purchase. Pre-authorization
is a temporary charge (14 days) where the card information (card holder,
address, card number, etc.) and credit limit is checked. The
pre-authorization expires 14 days after the initial charge. When your
products are shipped, we will charge your credit card for the amount of the
products and shipping charge and will note the amount of the charge, the
products being shipped, and the transaction number on your invoice. To
avoid stolen card information we do not include a credit card charge receipt
or any other credit card information on the invoice, nor do we include
copies in the shipping package. | |
Warranty Information | |
All products are warranted according to
the manufactures warranty. Products returned for warranty will be inspected
and will be remedied by either an agreement to replace the product, or a
denial of the warranty because of abuse, incorrect use of the product, or
lack of normal care required of the product. Off-Body conceal carry products
have specific requirements for warranty claim. | |
Nylon and leather Off-body conceal carry
products, including purses, have a limited warranty. Defective purses will be replaced with
new, subject to the following: | |
Off-Body products and purses must be returned
within 30 days of Sales Receipt ship date. | |
Replacement is subject to our inspection of
the product. | |
Replacement will be denied for the following
conditions: | |
Purse linings ripped or blown-out (primary
cause is over-filling). | |
Bottom wear on outside of purse (primary
cause is scuffing on rough surfaces). | |
Normal wear-and-tear expected from a product
made of leather. | |
Lack of leather care and maintenance
appropriate for a product made of leather. | |
Interior of purse reeking of perfume or
chemicals. | |
Abuse, or lack of care, for a product made of
leather. | |

Final transactions are at our acceptance.
This lawyer BS means if we make a typo or don't add enough zeros in front of
the decimal we can deny the sale. We have carefully combed the web
site and the web store an think everything is OK. But if we do make a
mistake that looks to good to be true, then it's probably a serious error.
We don't do Deep Discounts, but if we do mess-up we will try to make it
right with you. Our intentions are to sell quality products at a fair
price and charge shipping as close to the shipping cost as we can. We

We use USPS Priority mail to all U.S.
addresses. We have found it to be the fastest shipping at the best
price. Priority Mail will also ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping to
locations outside the U.S. will be via US Air Mail. |
