Glock Slide-Stop
Lever
The standard slide-stop lever is offered
as a replacement part. The Extended slide-top lever offers an
additional extension for ease of motion and positive indexing for
those who need the slide stop lever to extend a little further from
the grip. Genuine Glock parts made to fit your Glock.

Glock Mag Release
The standard style mag release is for
replacement purposes. The Extended mag release offers
approximately 3mm of length over the standard model for those who
have trouble quickly dropping a mag for reloading, especially in a
combat or shooting school scenario.
If you cannot find the mag catch spring inside the grip then see a local
Glock Armorer. Replace your mag release when it becomes
seriously rounded from repeated mag changes. |

Glock Factory Mags
Original GLOCK factory
magazines are the best choice even though some of the knock-offs are
a little cheaper. I advise whatever your gun model to buy only mags
and parts made by your gun manufacture. Why? I've been there, done
that. I've bought metal mags for my Glock that didn't function
properly and tore-up my mag release button (the inside part that
mates with the slot in the magazine).
If you've got a
GLOCK you already know that Gaston
Glock had a good idea when he designed the
GLOCK pistol. If you are considering extra mags then stick
with original GLOCK factory mags; the
one's designed to work, drop-free and not damage your mag release.
In the Online Store you will
find factory GLOCK magazines for 9mm,
.40S&W, 10mm, .45 and .357 caliber's.

Trigger Springs
If you are changing out the trigger spring because you have
shot a lot of rounds, that's one thing. If you are changing
out your spring to get the 8# trigger pull for safety when carrying
concealed then you must make sure that your connector is a 5.5#
connector. After experiencing the stress of combat
confrontation at Front Sight, I strongly recommend that you use a 8#
trigger spring for conceal carry so you only touch off a round when
you need to! |

Recoil Springs
Glocks run best with
Glock parts so I recommend staying away from aftermarket recoil
springs. I know there are titanium whatever's out there that
claim you will decrease lock-time. Oh really! And what is the
savings in lock-time, ah, in how many decimals places after the
decimal? After all, if there was a better recoil spring on the
market then it would be made and used by Glock because they want the
best and workable parts in their pistols. Glock knows the
weight of their slides and the power of each individual round and
have designed their recoils springs to work efficiently in the
Glock pistols. When to changed your recoil spring? I get
different answers from everyone I ask but I did change mine out
after 15,000 rounds. |

Glock Factory Extractors
Broken extractors are caused primarily by dropping a round
in the chamber and then letting the slide ram home which causes the
extractor to have to jump over the rim of the cartridge.
Always charge your Glock by letting the slide strip-off a round from
the magazine and install it in the chamber on it's own. Take a
spare extractor with you if you are attending a shooting or combat
class since most of the better schools are miles from a Glock
Armorer. Extractors are 15 degrees/5 degrees to fit late model
Glocks. |
